Our Commitment

Lupin is an organization with strong values of integrity, respect and responsibility. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

Lupin is committed to an environment of open and honest communications. All Lupin employees have an obligation to seek advice when needed, to raise concerns and to report suspected or known violations of law or Lupin’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to their immediate supervisor, HR or the Ethics & Compliance Officer.

This website is hosted by an independent third party, EthicsPoint, and it enables you to send a communication to the Ethics and Compliance Function. In situations where you prefer to communicate anonymously you may use this website or the phone numbers below. All concerns raised on this webpage or via telephone are forwarded to Lupin’s Ethics and Compliance Office and they shall be investigated in a fair, respectful and reasonable manner.

Lupin does not tolerate any retaliation or reprisals of any form against employees who report concerns in good faith.

To Report a Concern

You may use either of the following two methods to submit a report:

After you complete reporting a concern you will be assigned a unique code called a "concern key." Write down your concern key and password and preserve them securely. After 5-7 business days, use your concern key and password to check the status of your concern for feedback or questions.
